The Residences proudly celebrate a significant milestone as construction reaches the property’s summit. The East Building, the highest elevation on the property,

has now topped-off.

The North Building reached its full height last summer and has been completely sheathed in concrete block. Triple-pane hurricane-impact windows and sliding doors are now being installed, ensuring unparalleled protection and energy efficiency.

Construction of the South Building has progressed beyond the fifth residential floor, exceeding half of its full seven-story height. The building is on track to reach full height in the coming weeks.
