Drywall installation is well underway, with the North Building nearly complete and the East Building following close behind. Throughout the North Building, all windows and sliding glass doors are now fully installed, offering a striking preview of the seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle that awaits. Installation of doors and windows across the remaining buildings is progressing steadily and on track to be completed soon.
Only one tower crane remains on site, a visual signifier of how far construction has come. With the major structural work behind us, attention now turns to the exquisite details that define luxury living. Italian porcelain floors and custom Italian oak-finish cabinetry will begin installation shortly, ushering in the refined finishes and craftsmanship that set this property apart.
