All Three Buildings Are Now Officially Vertical

October 8, 2024

Over the past 180 days, construction at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, has progressed at an astonishing pace, bringing the vision of this extraordinary waterfront enclave closer to reality. All three buildings have now officially gone vertical, marking a key milestone for this transformative property.

North Building

Now reaching its full height of seven stories has unveiled its distinct silhouette. As its form takes shape, it hints at the grandeur of the architecture that will define each waterfront residence. Residents will soon enjoy unparalleled views and spacious, luxurious living spaces. The North Building stands as a testament to the vision of this remarkable development, offering a preview of the extraordinary lifestyle that awaits its future residents. Select North Building residences remain for purchase.

East Building & Upper Mezzanine Amenity Deck

The largest of the three buildings is rapidly rising, now beyond the third residential floor above the Upper Mezzanine. With two parking garage levels finished, the building is set to soon reach its full height. Significant progress is also evident on the 15,000-square-foot Upper Mezzanine Amenity Deck, which will link the North, East, and South Buildings. This outdoor space will feature gardens, wellness areas, lounges, a putting green, and a yoga lawn. The crown jewel of this deck will be a two-story waterfall, gracefully flowing from the upper lawn to the pool deck below, where a stunning 100-foot waterfront infinity pool and private cabanas will provide an oasis of relaxation.

South Building

Following successful concrete pours and the integration of foundational pillars, the South Building is making rapid progress. The parking levels are all beginning to take shape with the ground-floor amenity spaces, and the waterfront Clubhouse soon to follow, reflecting the swift transformation of this essential part of the property.
